Buying a firearm online can be a daunting task. If you are a first-time gun buyer, you may be unsure of the regulations and process involved. The following outlines the process to order and receive a firearm purchased from another retailer.

Note: This process only refers to local transfers in the state of Florida and may vary depending upon which state you reside in and conduct an FFL transfer. Ensure that you follow ALL local, state, and federal regulations when conducting an FFL transfer.

When you purchase a gun from an online retailer and would like Foxhole Tactical to transfer the firearm to you locally, there is a specific process to follow. Once you purchase the firearm, you will need to provide the seller’s contact information to us at support@foxholetactical.com.

We will contact the seller and initiate the transfer. The seller will ship your newly purchased firearm to us. This process usually takes from 3-5 business days but is entirely dependent upon the seller.

Once your firearm is received, we will contact you to schedule a date/time to fill out an ATF form 4473 and a background check with FDLE. With a “proceed” result from FDLE we can schedule transfer of the firearm to you either three business days later or if you qualify according to Florida state statutes, the 3-day waiting period can be waived and transfer is immediate.
